I had my first dose of Avelumab in November 2016 and have continued every two weeks since. This is m first recurrence. At the start of the trial my CA-125 was 1800 and after 8 weeks had dropped to 82. Some of my tumours had disappeared, some had reduced and two may be the same or possibly slightly bigger (CT scan unclear). I'm continuing with the trial and will be due another scan in a few weeks. I am told this is an excellent result.
I have had no side effects apart from the first time when I had a chill and was tired.
Is the name of the trial Javelin Ovarian 200?
