I am sorry that your husband is having problems, and I take it you are not living in the uk.. I wouldn't know the medical procedure where you live... but it would do no harm to ring a doctor for medical advice.

However this is a UK forum specifically for support for Ovarian Cancer (not a general cancer support site) so I doubt there would be anyone on this site that could give you advice.. you would be better joining a support forum where there are people who might be familiar with your husbands cancer and can relate to your problem.

Best wishes x G x

Sorry you have this worry with your husband. It's always a worry when you're about to start Chemo. Could you ring 111 just for advice, if you can't ring your own doctor ? I don't think he would get Chemo this Tuesday if he has a chest infection - and if he does have one, he probably needs anti-biotics to start clearing it straight away.

Good Luck, Solange
