Should I worry with an elevated CA125? I'm menopausal and have been having lots of pain and irregular bleeding.

Raised levels of Ca125 can happen for lots of different reasons. You can also have ovarian cancer and have a normal level of CA125. I hope you get sorted, are you having a scan?
