Hi Duffy,

no I don't have a colostomy/stoma. There is a site on healthunlocked I think and if I am wrong I saw one on an English ovarion cancer site.

No I was threated with one but thankfully didnt have to have it maybe on the cards for later. A workmate has one and is back at work with it but it was due to bowel inflamation not cancer. She is coping ok with it

I don't have a colostomy but when I was diagnosed with stage 3 O C I was also diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and I do know that often people with this disease end up with a colostomy. Hope your chemo is not too uncomfortable, just remember its putting the tumour in the right size to operate. In my case I had the surgery first then the chemo, but quite a few of the other ladies did it your way. Be positive.
