I still deciding on drug for osteoporosis.

The one questionnaire my per cent for a fx is 40%

what does that mean in simple language other then I’m burnt without horrible drugs?

It means that in the next 10 years (or whatever time frame they've identified) you have a 40% chance of fracture. That means if 100 people have the same fracture risk as you, 40 would fracture during that time, 60 wouldn't.
