I hope this community can help. I’ve been suffering with what I believe is GERD for a number of years and have had some horrible symptoms these last few weeks. I’m now wondering if it is GERD? I have had terrible tightness in my chest and short of breath which I went to A&E for, all clear from a heart perspective. I’ve still got the pressure in my chest which comes and goes but also have skin burning and came out in a rash on my upper arms yesterday?? Anyone had similar issues? I suffer with bad health anxiety which I’m sure isn’t helping at all!!

No that doesn’t sound like gerd. Need to follow it up
The acid can spray into your lungs. I was misdiagnosed with Asthma in A&E which I do not have. I had acid / pepsin spray into my ears and eyes and have felt my face burn. It was due to severe anxiety after an accident.
