Good morning,

There has been a lot in the press in recent days about the security of content on some of the programs and games our children are accessing online.

Please share any tips you have for keeping your children safe online.

There are some really good online safety tips on the NSPCC website to get you started:

It’s really scary isn’t it.

I read about people hacking into normal YouTube videos and halfway through it changes, but haven’t actually seen evidence of this!? Apparently a lot of you tubers are talking about Momo in their channels at the minute so I’m going to be keeping a closer eye on devices in my house, as I don’t even like looking at it’s face, so don’t want my son seeing it!

Has anyone seen YouTube videos changing midway?

There's a lot of good information out there now which says momo is the modern equivalent of a chain letter, and cbeebies has a good video to explain it to your children without showing them the sculpture face.

Not what you're looking for?
