I buy a massive bag of basmati rice, frozen turkey mince and frozen mixed veg. Cooke it all up with onions and herbs, spices and it feeds the tribe! Also we just do stoops, leftover veg or meat made with rice or pasta or noodles, affectionately referred to as stoops as its neither a stew or soup . This time of year its a favourite. We go shopping in the reduced aisles and are inspired by that.
