Zantac side effects?

Does zantac make you weak? I feel muscle weakness and extreme fatigue

Have a read of the side effects written on the leaflet that comes with the medication. If fatigue and weakness are mentioned, the medication might be the cause. But it would be worth seeing your doctor anyway and getting checked out on anaemia and mineral/vitamin levels.
