HiI hope you are recovering well. I had an Ivor Lewis esophgectomy 2 and a half years ago and foung the first yea really hard but I'm now able to eat most things though iin small amounts. I had quite a lot of paon post op but I now live a near normal life I still have the occasional dumping but learned to recognise the warning symptoms. It seams a long journy but you do come out the other side.
Good luck
