Wow Alireza! What a turn around for you in the last couple of months. I am so VERY happy to read your latest update!!! It was very worrying to hear that you wanted to give up. Thank your God for looking after you and also for doing the right thing for yourself.

I'm sure that you will have down days as do we all, but keep a positive attitude and face what life has to throw at you. Take care xx

I'm so pleased that you are feeling good and that you can exercise. You certainly seem much more positive. Keep going, it's the greatest feeling you can have knowing how much better you feel. I know. I live each day with gratitude. Blessings.

Loraine.
