Hi, I too suffered terrible bloating and the only thing that stopped it was changing the milk I drink to Zymil Lactose free skimmed milk. May be worth looking if anything you eat/drink causes the bloating - just trial and error and anything is worth a try to get relief.

Thanks - interesting as i wonder if something is causing an intolerance or allergy . I was diagnosed with a hospital test shortly after the Ivor Lewis with lactose intolerance/allergy and have been scrupulous in avoiding milk but replaced it with soya..so maybe something else , thanks very much for replying.

Hi, have you tried bio-kult?I get bloating if I eat too much, have baked beans or too much ice cream. I take a couple of bio kilt tablets and the symptoms usually pass by the next day.

I also find having a ripe banana helps prevent the bloating, I have no idea why, but it works for me.
