I have sore throat and dryness for months

Hi iam new here ,iam facing dryness of throat and i can notice it when iam going to sleep and i have a sore throat for months till now,and i used antibiotics but no change can u experts tell how to get it solved,here are the pics i have uploaded.i get cough sometimes in a day.

Hi thanks for the reply,i have done it for 2 days but not change.its 12:42 am now and my throat feels dry even after drinking water

You may have tonsillitis, strep throat, etc. You would need to see a Doctor to find out. You may need antibiotics.

Yes ,i have used antibiotics also but no effect.
