Last year post surgery for achalasia it opened the floodgates for acid to come up. Instead of the opening being the size of a dime or was the size of a pingpong ball. The damage was severe causing me to choke pn "battery acid" that burned everything on up including my lungs...thoat...mouth...eyes...causing me severe breathing problems where we would not go anywhere without my nebulizer and pmeumonia. Nonstop coughing and boy do the eyes burn. I would wake up choking on acid. The surgery gave me my life back. UNTIL I vomited about 6 week a ago. Here I go again. As I type this my throat and eyes are on fire. My eshogus burns. HELP!

It looks as if you have had no replies to date. I expect, like me, folk are sorry to hear of your plight. It must be such a trial having such a painful experience hanging over your head. I do hope somebody, fellow sufferer or doctor, will come up with something you can try.
