Do Granulisa cell tumour stage 1 with tumour size of 19cm need chemo after total hysterectomy

Any GCT patient here. Just want to know whether chemo is required or not after total hysterectomy of stage 1 but tumour size was 19cm

Hello Ruqys, I know your answer it's 1 year ago but I'm new in this site. I hope you are going well. Just to tell you I have GCT since 2016. After histerectomy I had 5 rounds for chemo, my tumor was about 10cm and my stage was 2C. But first they thought it was 1C and they tell me to put on chemo at list 3 rounds. Hope you are OK now. I'm on Aromasil (exemestano) after my 5th surgery in April, I refused the chemo, for the moment. I'm from Spain. Sorry for the mistakes.
