So finally we get to the bottom of it and I have recurrence. Chemo might be an option, i’ve been in hospital a week and just want to go home, but they need to try and fit an ng feeding tube. Never been so low and need to break it to my 15 year old tomorrow. I don’t know how to make the chemo decision- it was so miserable (pre and post Ivor Lewis). It all feels surreal.

Hi Valerie Jane, I cant imagine how you feel It’s awful news. I have no idea I have always said I would seriously not consider chemo again but if it came to it i don’t know. Have a look at the Charlie’s circle group on here it’s for people with a recurrence they are more informed on options etc. Huge big hug and lots of luck and strength Lizzy
