Hi from Australia, a few days ago there was a report here regarding late trials on patients after cancer surgery if they need chemo or not. This is a simple test and will stop chemo if it is not necessary. There are a lot of trials/research going on here covering all cancers.

For what it's worth, my husband's surgeon told him that post-op chemo was poorly tolerated and he didn't have it. That was 7 years ago and he's fine aged 83. But lots of patients still seem toe having post-op chemo. Opinions seem to differ.
