Ivor Lewis operation

So here’s my latest observation. I am now 8 weeks post Ivor Lewis operation. I was kind of managing the pain through 8 Tramadol and 8 Paracetamol a day. Still painful but ok. About 5 days ago the pain increased in my side (from where the incision was). It’s now more painful than ever. I’ve also got a bad cough due to the lung collapse. Last night during a cough, something went ‘ping’ on my side. Anyone got any ideas? Have I torn something? Please help if you know anything. I’m quite concerned x
