Thanks to everyone who replied its nice to know i`m not the only one out there with this problem.I have overcome this major problem i also carry dextrose tablets, blood monitor,loperamide tabs and some plain rich tea biscuits. I have seen dietitians and have found a low GI diet fits the bill in evening out your sugar levels. I have also bought 2 low GI cook books with some nice recipes in.There is one big problem in that you put on weight with low GI.
