Has anyone experienced or got advice as to how to cope with a 'stridor' ?

I know from a separate message that you have seen your GP about this.

It is something to act on quickly because it is often to do with airways becoming restricted and the doctors have to sort out the underlying causes.

This is a non medical answer of course, but it is a high pitched wheezing sound, often caused by some kind of partial blockage of the airway and it affects your voice and how well you are able to talk.
