Lack of Arousal

One thing that's been interesting during my experience with OCD has been my lack of arousal. It often fuels my anxieties and fears considering that previous to the flare I was comfortable and expressive with it. HOWEVER. It makes absolute sense that this would be an issue, given the fear that this can cause especially with those who have horrible intrusive thoughts. Just wanted to share in case anyone else can relate, and not to get reassurance, just helps to know your not alone.
