Hi, try not to focus on the other person s eyes but if you are talking to them, well you have not much choice. But there is no reason to let this anxiety take over - people communicate just with their eyes sometimes. Nobody is there to judge you as a person when you look at them. If you feel uncomfortable, find anther target to look at - traffic passing by for instance. The best is to allow then other person to look at you and you just accept the fact and thats it . Move on to look at a different subject and try not to make it a a real anxiety. I hope this helps you somewhat -its not one of my best replies but I hope it helps.
