Does anyone else feel completely restless and not being able to sit still or cocentrate on whatever they are doing for a long time due to ocd ?

Yes every second of the day...

Cant watch telly, constantly tapping my foot, up and down all the time even through the night starting to be unable to engage in conversations because Ian so restless x

Sometimes i feel , i may also have adhd lol..but having both conditions is rather rare.. to the naked eye both conditions look similar

It doesn't sound like ADHD to me, just horrible, vile OCD! It is very difficult to concentrate when you are feeling anxious and nervous. Basically, it makes it hard to keep still, although it can also make you feel lethargic and unable to move or do very much. I've had both!

Try not to beat yourself up and blame yourself. Just try to do as much as you can when you can, and leave off whenever you feel you have to. It does improve.

Me to.. I hope you all feel better soon. I have horrible thoughts that I might or have done things terrible which I know I have not but my brain tells me I'm a bad person.
