ARTHRITIS FOOD

I have asvanced arthritis in my knees with one TKR and one in waiting. Ive heard there are foods which are better to avoid. Anything from the Deadly night shade family, like tomatoes and potatoes. Also citrus. I am addressing my weight as i need to lose 7st too. I was wondering if anyone had felt any benefits from giving up some food groups or adding foods that help. I've tried apple cider vinegar too which is 'a pinch your nose and swallow quickly' event. I didn't feel any benefits. I know losing the weight is vital. As i do trying to train my eating habits into beneficial foods for arthritis

Thank you

Try low carb/keto diet and cut all wheat and other grains. If you eat fruits, only eat moderate amounts of berries. Studies are now showing the elevated levels of insulin cause joint inflammation. Most US adults have elevated insulin levels even if they’re not diabetic.
