I can not seem to post anything in the sticky blood community.... all I keep getting is "contact Administration"

A couple of options- try contacting the Administrators of the group via private message and let them know of your troubles (on the group's HU homepage, select "Members." From there you can see who the administrators are and you'll have the option to private message one of them).
