Hi

I lost my thyroid to cancer and developed Psoriatic Arthritis of the tendons in legs and feet and now osteoarthritis of my knees my rheumy thinks I probably have some PSA in the knees as well.

I'm curious if anyone has used CoQ10 for joint pains and has it helped ?

Hi there. I personally haven't tried it, but I did find a research article that showed it helped reduce inflammation with patients who have RA. I realize that's not PA, but if you're willing to give it a shot, and it can't hurt you, why not? Trial and error is really the only way I've figured out what works and what doesn't, unfortunately.
