Mostly because I know if I don't, it will get worse.

Giving in is never an option for me even if it is so bad i am reduced to tears. |I allow myself one day of pity then get up the next day to try and keep fighting even if my spine is bad like it is now.xxx

I love my spa, sitting in the outside hot water pool, I can usually manage this even when I am not so good. Then feel so much better when I get home. (Travelling to the spa in my swim suit, with clothes on top, costume off clothes on commando style for the journey home)
