I have been having this flair up for about a week now, theirs no rain in site. I'm feeling very irritable, is this normal?

I'm going with yes on your "is this normal" question. I'm not sure there is a textbook normal for flares and irritability. Maybe you've noticed patterns for yourself - you mentioned rain so it seems you've associated rain or weather changes with symptoms (which is a well-accepted phenomenon even though there isn't strong research backing) - but this time, you're not following the pattern. Flares and irritability can come on for a number of reasons, obvious or not. Hang in there, Mykoes.
