Hello! I am sorry to hear about the pain and swelling you have in your legs. It is important to keep moving in order to gain strength and stamina. Even taking small steps around your home can be helpful. Do not push yourself more than you are capable. I would seek further advice from your physician or a physical therapist or other member of your healthcare team.
