aftermath of accident

I was in a car crash at age 5 and very seriously injured. The injuries all healed well but i was told that later in my life I could develop arthritis in those places where the bones had been broken - that is both legs and knee. I now have some 'cracking' and twinges when I kneel or stand up from sitting. I'm especially interested in natural / dietary experiences people may have had which have helped.

Hello! I hope that you are able to get more feedback from members of our community shortly. Studies have shown that weight management can reduce the risk of developing OA, while physical activity can reduce the amount of pain that you have after disease onset. I am not sure about any specific foods that are able to lower risk/pain levels but maybe members of the community will have some insight.
