Knees can be such. tricky area when things go away in this wonderful joint of ours. It's always useful to expand our inner narrative around parts of your body, to open up to the myriad ways we can support, strengthen and ultimately effectively rehabilitate.
Over the years I've worked with many different knee issues, in clients and in my own knees!
These 3 movements in this video have, wiht regular repetition and deeper tuning into the root issues of what might feel stuck energetically, or stagnant in our lives, has helped the health of my knees. It is as ever nuanced for each unique person, so follow what feels most helpful and resonant for you. Always listen to your body.
Apply yogic mind, higher mind to the movements, so keep in touch with your breath, with sensations in your body and notice where, through that commitment and repetition, things can shift for you.
