What a balanced diet is to one person, will be completely not suitable for another.

As you are the only person in your body, who knows the most about you, take time to tune into what helps you.

A holistic approach means we nourish at all levels. Mind, matter (the physical body), spirit and emotional health. Our bodies are constantly communicating to us.

Learn to listen deeply.

Start by the ultimate nourishment - your breath. Proper breathing is life changing.

If you need guided reminders (and we all do!), gift yourself 20 minutes of 6/6 breathing. And check out the more in depth articles I've shared here on coherent breath. buzzsprout.com/246643/3199480

Here's the podcast for 20 minutes of guided 6/6 breathing.

Remember - breathe though the nose, even rate and rhythm, and take the inhale down. Practise....and all is coming.

'We've inhibited our breathing, because it stops us from feeling.' John Stirk Yoga Teacher.
