Natural daylight helps to balance your circadian rhythm

Our growing dependence on artificial light and screens is wreaking havoc with our sleep/wake cycle. It's a very key point. Sleep deprivation creates a human more susceptible to disease and unwellness. Humans evolved taking our cue from natural light - the Sun. So a superb way to link back into this innate wisdom is to go outside as soon as you waken up. Fresh air and sunlight are true medicines. Do let me know any issues you have with sleep. When you fix your sleep, you create a much healthier mind and body.
