Hi All, many struggle with digesting cow dairy. For those sensitive it can really show up as abdominal bloating and gas, feeling sniffly or cold after ingesting cow dairy or just adding to internal systemic cellular inflammation which is not good especially if a chronic disease is already in the picture. Some may tolerate raw organic cow's milk as the enzymes have not been heated out of it. For others it might be best to eliminate it altogether and switch to a goat's milk. Goat's yoghurt and cheese are also very tasty.
