Golden Milk recipe. With the amazing herb turmeric

Hi All. Many of you will be aware of the potent properties of turmeric. It has been used widely in Ayurvedic medicine and its influence is more and more prevalent in the west with it being the subject of many research papers and studies. Its benefits are wide ranging. It can help improve lipid profile, reduce cellular inflammation and ease digestive discomfort. A lovely way to take it is in Golden Milk - using a cup milk of your choice (I use Rude Health Coconut Milk), add to a pan on your stove the following:

1 x teaspoon turmeric powder

Pinch of cinnamon

Sprinkle of ground black pepper

1 x teaspoon cold pressed honey

A pinch of freshly grated ginger or ginger powder

Stir in the pan until mixed and milk is warm.

Drink and enjoy! Take daily for a decent period of time, say at least 6 weeks.
