Many claim it does, though, as with many supplements, it would not likely work instantly. You could try it, won't hurt anything.

I've no idea, I think like many things it's down to the individual and different things work for different people. I'd suggest it couldn't hurt and increase fish for the omega-3 fish oils i.e. Salmon, tuna etc in your diet, which is said to be excellent brain food.

Sadly it doesn't work for me as my memory sucks, but that could be down to the meds. lol
