The abbreviation for a computer is PC, Personal Computer, it is named this way for a reason.

A pc is an extention of your personality, how you use it dictates how it works.

There are two reasons for error messages, fault with the pc .. or a fault with you and how your using it :)... give me a shout if you need help

Thanks Pete, that's kind of you, I do have a problem.... I have a little samsung netbook that Vodafone want back, ( I had to cancel my contract when I was made disabled) I have told them that I need to do a factory re-set to delete all my personal details before I will part with it, but I have no idea how to do it. I am not sending it back when it has all my stuff on it.. so if you can help me with some guidance I would be very grateful. xxx Jan xxx

Hi, dare i ask how to stop little red crosses from spoiling pictures in my attachments. I get a blank box with red cross in top corner, it's so annoying as i bet it's a good picture really. Cheers teekay.
