John has gone into hospital today for arthscopy and i wish him well. xx

Hope all goes well for John today &he recovers quickly plus feels the benefit soon. I have just had the same on right knee making a total of 3times on the right knee 4times on the left. I am told knee caps next, whoopee!! Each time does bring relief so there is hope. you okay today sylvi?
