Hi and welcme to the site, I'm sure you'll find all the friends you need on here. I've just had a read through your profile and it made me feel quite emotional as I could have written it myself. Life never goes to plan, it has so many twists & turns ,ive learnt to keep going & i even laugh at myself from time to time ,,,u should see me trying to get in the car somedays , i say to my husband hang on love im neally in just get to get the other leg in! lol. I'm new too and have been amazed at how helpful this site has been already. It should be automatically prescribed to all with RA type illnesses!!

I read your profile too and can empathise totally. I am only now beginning to understand the vicious circle that is pain, exhaustion, depression, stress.... One causing the other, round and round...

I've picked up so many tips already. i feel much more positive being able to talk to people who KNOW what it's like "from the inside".

Hello MrsHouseMouse thank you for your message! i hear you @ prescribed to all with RA ,,we ar,nt given enough info about the symptoms ,side effects etc ,,its so scary when ur symptoms start & u have,nt aclue why you feel the way you do, you can feel so alone. Deppression , exhaustion & stress play a big part in RA. Im glad your feeling more possitive keep going forwards ,,,never give in ,,,lovely to meet you hugs x
