been given new insoles for my shoes they do help with the pain, but they do rub the bottom of my feet , does anyone have any ideas how to stop the rubbing would be most grateful.

Hi, are they the hard moulded insoles? Do they also have a soft top cover stuck on? Are you wearing them with socks? If the answer is yes to both of those questions then you may have to ask the person who moulded them/fitted them for you in case they are not quite right. Kind regards.
