Every one is different where blood reading are concerned but they do say that a reading for ESR between 1-7 is a good range. Like I say though we are all different, can't help you on the other reading I'm afraid.

Another way to help you is to search "Normal ESR" or "Normal Neutrophis" (not sure on that spelling though) in the search box above on this site.

You will find some very good information already been discussed in the past on here.

LynW did many fantastic Bloggs on blood readings they are very helpful if you come across them also.

Good luck in finding what you need

Don't know if this helps but just looked in my MTX guide and it states normal readings as follows;-

Neutropils = 2 - 7.5 x 10(9/1)

ESR is as Mand said above, everyone is different though so not sure how much help this is !

My ESR has never been below 20. My booklet doesn't specify a range but merely says a raised ESR (or CRP) is an indicator of inflammation.

Neutrophils in my booklet indicates the same as HarleySue. You would probably need to speak to your rheumy nurse/consultant to find out what is "normal" for ESR. LavendarLady

If its of any help, I think my Rheumatologist said my neutrphilos? was high for few months with medication, but has settled down now, she never told me it was high, so it cant be that important in the big picture, if she let it ride a bit high for a while. That is my only experience of neutrphilis.
