Suppressed, emotional and depressed

This condition leaves me feeling stressed

So all you folk

Follow my advice

Ask for help

And don't think twice

The NHS Is yours

And mine

So make the doctors

Give you time

Stand your ground

And Make a sound

Because this condition

Is profound

It leaves you weak

It leaves you sore

So excellent treatment

We... want more

The Romans built this viaduct in Segovia...........

I managed to climb to the top. I was so chuffed :-)

Well done to you both on climbing the viaduct and for the poetry.

Applause! Well said.

Well done indeed. Resilience and determination - that's the spirit! You have inspired me to get off this couch I'm sitting on this morning. A little bit at a time eh?

Judy xx

ps. Bet the romans didn't build it in a day.

Since we are made up of between 60% and 70% water. We have much in common with that viaduct. But I don't imagine we could last 2,000 year :-)

But mankind builds such magnificent structures for us to enjoy. But I I agree not in a day ;-)

Thank you for that. Feeling a bit sad this morning so good to read something positive and know you are not alone.

Love to all.
