Good morning every one, there is a strange sight in the sky, oh my god it is the sun. Now i wonder where that has been all this time. I know i am being frivolous but it has been such a long time since we had some nice weather i thought we should celebrate that it hasn't not gone into hibrination. I will be outside enjoying it and pottering about in the garden and my rocking chair so i can rest as well.
I had a good nights sleep thank goodness,so i am good in my head if you know what i mean. My ra is still flaring and my finger joints hurt like hell. I don't mind so much today as i can sit in the garden. I hope that all of you and those of you who are suffering enjoy this good weather.

It's always lovely to see the sunshine we all benefit from it,and I,am going out with the girls tonite (been ages since I,ve been able to) so hope I don't,t pay for it tomorrow. Have a lovely. Sunny. Day and gentle hugs if your in pain xxx
Christine, i know you have been having it hard with the heat over there. Is there any sign that it is going to let up for you yet. You are welcome to our rain. Back in april they mention a taboo word,it is called a drought and they introduced a hosepipe ban guess what yes your right it has rained virtually non-stop since. This is the first bit of sunshine we have had since. The only trouble is it has gone from wet and chilly to steaming hot in a matter of days and boy am i suffering with the old ra. It is 1.53am here and i can't sleep hence me being on here.
I hope you get the much needed rain soon christine, sylvi.xx
They are saying that on the 28th that we may get down to the high 80's, which will be so nice. Today was supposed to be 105 but it didn't get there, although it was close enough, ugh. I went out to set the sprinkler on but didn't stay out even 5 minutes in this heat.
I finally slept, almost 12 hours last night. I woke up sweating though & turned on the a/c at 10:30 am. (no a/c in my bedroom, unfortunately).
If that's all it takes, I'll yell drought from the topmost hills so that it rains here too, ha.
