I have this too!! think it is the disease and background pain?that causes the tiredness? I have fibromyalgia too which adds to the tiredness

Same. I am more frustrated by the fatigue than any thing else. It is mind numbing at times. I keep reading posts that you have to pace yourself etc but I struggle to be awake more than 12 hours in every 24.

Im like that but unfortunately I also have Fibromyalgia and a symptom of that is non restoritive sleep, I dont know abpout the RA though, maybe someone with more experience will answer that.

I must admit when you get tired you get tired lol and that is te part of being sick I really hate lol.

Hi Marnie

This is me too. Even though my bloods are normal and there is no inflammation going on at the moment, I still only manage around 12 hours most days. I get the odd occasion when I am awake longer but then I suffer for days. It's almost manic where I have good days and feel fine, then RA reminds me it's still there. Fatigue was really really bad for a while, but is a lot better now. I really have to think about pacing, or I am all over the place.

It takes some getting used to...

Go careful

I suffer badly from fatigue. It is the reason I gave up working. NRAS do a good leaflet about it which you can download from their website.

Hi,

Same as Julie bloods all ok at the moment, but always tired well after mid day mostly especially if I do anything different or out of the ordinary. Faitigue is the worst aspect of RA for me.
