Thank you to everyone who joined in yesterday, making this a fun activity for those of us who are achy during the cold season!

Yesterday's picture was Five Spice star anise, cloves,cinnamon ,sichuan pepper and fennel seeds - sweet ,bitter,sour,salty and savoury!

They represent five spices we all know Scary,Sporty,Ginger,Baby and Posh The Spice Girls who had a Christmas number 1 three times with 2 Become 1196,Too Much 1997 and Goodbye1998- the first band since the Beatles to do this consecutively.

Other than the songs already suggested I have nothing to add other than the Snowman - but love the photo - oh what fun!!!!!!! Having had a very sleepless night hearing Storm Darragh ruin the garden the brain is not working today!!!!!!!
