This isn’t new and I know I am pANCA so antibodies at a nuclear level. I just think I was lucky to get tested and really everybody should be. If everyone was tested it just might be possible to work out which medication works best for the individual. I’ve always had a response to the medications so is this down to pANCA it’s really interesting but beyond my understanding. lol
