Future Learn (or Joy2!)

Hi all,

I just wondered if you knew- and would be interested in 'Futurelearn'. It's a site that provides free online courses from various universities. You just sign up to the one you want and- well complete it! People from all over the world sign up and learn with you. I've found it a bit of a life saver on those days when I can barely move ( I find TV depressing!) There's a wide range of courses...I'm not employed by them or a shareholder lol. Just thought I'd Share!

I’ve completed a couple of their courses on health matters... a great positive way to burn down time whilst waiting for fatigue to settle or when flaring.

They'll be starting another Mindfulness course on 13th November, run by the Monash university and another one with a date TBA. I loved the two guys the last time round and will participate again this year. It's well worth investing 3 to 4 hours a week. Stay well and pain free.

I’ve completed a couple of they’re courses - one about WW1 and one about researching you family tree. They’re great because there’s no pressure!
