Second urine test showing White Blood Cells elevated, no UTI anyone had this before

I suffer from ankylosing spondylitis, and when my pelvic area flares, I often get white cells showing on my dipstick. I believe it’s just the inflammation in the area which causes it. I generally get a sense of urgency when it happens.

You could be starting with any kind of infection you might not have any symptoms yet.happened to me on occations

yes, my sample this week has white blood cells in the urine. I asked for antibiotics , don’t think they wanted to give me antibiotcs , anyway I’ve got some. the internet says the hospital lab is supposed to be investigating it. I get very confused about it all.

I've just had this. Just waiting results of a repeat. Gp doesn't seem concerned but have abdominal pain for 4 weeks now but no UTI.
