Hi, I am new to Health unlocked. I have had sjogrens for nearly 40 years and have suffered with rosacea for much of this. Over the last 12 months I have had photosensitivity badly and since then my face has been really bad. I have a permanent rash on my cheeks and my lips and gums at the front feel weird, tingling, stinging and numb sometimes. It never really goes away and is bad most of the time. I also feel as if I have a permanent cold, blocked up nose, sneezing.
Wondered if anyone out there has had a similar experience.

I don't have Sjogren's but I have RA and do have rosacea which is in a constant flare. I do get tingling, dark red lips and blocked nose (but without the sneezing). I don't have any tips to help other than I use Rosalique to help cover the facial redness.
