Macrocytic anemia

Hi has anyone been diagnosed with Macrocytic Anemia, as possible result of MTX ?

I had macrocytic anemia for years before starting MTX. It has become slightly worse since starting it but not hugely.

As it's not severe it's largely ignored now, except there's one GP who always questions it and seems to suspect I'm a secret alcoholic or something as he doesn't understand my condition or the blood tests I need.

Yes I have it. I was diagnosed with it before I was diagnosed with RA. It’s marginal in my case do GP and I agreed it’s ‘normal for me’. I’m on Baricitinib:
